Terms of Service

PixMuse AI is a hosted tool that applies AI image styles to images you upload and composes advertising creatives from the results.

We may change, add or remove features. If a change materially reduces what you have paid for, we will tell you before it takes effect.

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything done under your account.

You must be old enough to enter a contract in your jurisdiction, and you must not share one account across an organisation in a way that circumvents seat-based pricing.

Generation is metered in credits. One image render consumes one credit. Credit prices are shown on the pricing page and may change for future purchases.

Purchased credits do not expire while your account is open. Credits are not a currency, carry no cash value, and are not refundable except where required by law or where a render fails for reasons on our side — in that case the credit is returned automatically.

You keep all rights in the images you upload and in the outputs you generate from them.

You grant us only the limited licence needed to operate the service: to store your files, transmit them to the AI provider that performs generation, and display them back to you.

You must have the rights to every image you upload. In particular, do not upload photographs of people without their permission, and do not upload material you do not own or have licence to use.

Do not use PixMuse AI to create sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, content that impersonates a real person in order to deceive, synthetic media presented as genuine evidence, or material that harasses or defames someone.

Do not use it to produce advertising that is knowingly false or misleading, or that breaches the advertising rules of the platform you publish on.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches this section, without refund.

AI generation is probabilistic. Output may contain artefacts, may not match your intent, and is not guaranteed to be unique. Review every asset before publishing it.

We do not warrant that output is free of third-party rights. You are responsible for clearing anything you publish commercially.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, or for non-payment.

On closure we delete your uploads and renders in the normal course of our retention schedule.

These terms are governed by the laws of {{JURISDICTION}}, and the courts of {{JURISDICTION}} have exclusive jurisdiction.
